BHCTI is currently developing a web-based secure encrypted password-protected interface tool which will provide the courts, probation officers, and authorized personnel a credible reporting system for direct monitoring of defendant progress while in court-ordered drug and alcohol treatment as a part of sentence enforcement. Secure accessible reporting provides the court and the criminal justice system expeditious management of caseloads which minimize compliance misinformational reporting by affiants.
Persons ordered into therapy are appropriately managed and tracked to meet required court ordered therapies and interventions.
BHCTI counselors give clients the opportunity to complete court-ordered therapy successfully. With experience in Alcohol & Substance Abuse, Anger Management, Court Ordered Family Counseling in Dissolution Cases, Child Neglect/Abuse, Parenting Intervention, Family Reunification, Adoptions counseling, Adolescent Issues, and more, BHCTI is a logical choice for court-ordered therapy and management of culturally diverse populations. Se habla espanol.
Defendants meet with counselors sensitive to the needs of their cultural and socioeconomic group. Working together to build upon areas of strength, BHCTI counselors mediate the needs of the court, the needs of affiants, and their families. Crisis intervention techniques aimed at cognitive-behavioral change and compliance with sentence enforcement guidelines are core to our program's design. Defendants learn effective coping strategies which address dysfunctional communications, inappropriate anger, domestic violence, and other maladaptive interpersonal styles.
We focus on defendants issues relating to personal responsibility, insight development, stress management, social skills building, and conflict resolution. Our goal is to improve compliance verification and caseload resolution.
Homeopathic health approaches address underlying organic causation related to issues of irritability. These issues cannot be corrected with cognitive-behavioral talk therapies alone.
BHCTI's holistic approach to wellness and whole person health is a tried and proven method of treatment which combines multiple disciplines to achieve a more complete patient/client outcome. Supported by contemporary research studies, the ideal of "transference" essential to successful patient therapeutic outcomes, is central to cognitive behavioral, homeopathic, naturapathic, and herbal interventions used successfully worldwide while avoiding the use of already problematic prescription drugs. Allopathic modalities of treatment are also recognized and encouraged in appropriate situations, while simultaneous natural means are sought to reduce dependence on prescription drugs and their well documented negative side-effects.
Studies show patient satisfaction and adoption of clinical techniques into their own personal lifestyles increased dramatically when the patient-therapist relationship was accepted and the patient felt sincere positive regard from the practitioner. BHCTI understands this critical relationship phenomenon.
